RETURNS
How can I return my order?
We strive to make the return process as easy as possible! Just follow these three simple steps:
Send a photo/video of the product you purchased to info@shopwecro.com
Our team will review the matter and once confirmed, we will send you a return confirmation with the return address.
As soon as you send us the return details, even if the item is still in transit, we will refund the amount to your account within 3-5 business days!
Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Yes, all customers are responsible for the return shipping costs themselves. We only accept returns with a tracking option, as this allows us to confirm whether a package is on its way or not. Please note that we are not responsible for lost returns.

What happens if my order is not accepted?
We will refund your purchase price as soon as the tracking shows that your order is on its way back to our warehouse or "return to sender." The refundable amount does not include shipping costs.

CANCELLATION
What happens if I cancel my order?
Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it as it is already on its way to you.

If your order is still being packed and has not yet been shipped, we can cancel your order and refund you the full amount, which you will receive within just 3 to 5 business days. However, if you contact your bank or PayPal to request a refund, this can vary and may even take up to 6-8 weeks!
Delivery

Where is my order?
Once we have confirmed your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number, and it always takes at least 4-12 business days, depending on your location.

When will my order be delivered?
Delivery is subject to our delivery service; please check our shipping terms.

What happens if my order is refused?

What happens if my goods are missing or damaged?
Send us an email at info@shopwecro.com with a photo or video showing the missing/damaged item so we can offer you a free replacement or a credit if you prefer another item instead.
If you prefer a different item as a replacement, you can choose another product, even one at a higher price, and simply pay the difference at checkout.


The product(s) I received does/do not match what I expected.
Send us an email at info@shopwecro.com with a photo or video showing what you received. We will then provide you with instructions for the return and refund.
